What I Think About Everything!

Wow, I mean, I’m not very political anymore (finally figured out no big diff between dems and republicans, when it comes down to intrusive, inept govt), but it’s striking, how the Big Media and folks on the left (I guess MSNBC is both), just personally DESPISE Sara Palin. Why? What’s all the frenzy about? If she’s a mere “nutcase” why is so much attention paid to her? “Nutcases” don’t matter, do they? It seems, from what I can figure, the left, and the media are FRIGHTENED of her. Why? I would guess as follows:

(1) She’s a conservative WOMAN. (e.g. not so much a femininst. OUCH)

(2) She opposes abortion even on down to her own pregnancy when it was evident that her youngest would be born with a condition known as “Down’s Syndrome.” “Well, is there any risk to me?” “No.” “Then I will carry this baby to term.’ YIKES! Doesn’t she know that it’s “selfish” of her to do that? That poor baby will live a painful miserable life! (Well she’ll  be loved and cherished as long as she lives but STILL. Doesn’t Mrs Palin know about Roe V Wade? THE HORROR!

(3) She’s not terrified of GUNS! She might even know that, a GUN is an inanimate object, with NO will of it’s own, and can’t maliciously “GO OFF.” It has to be loaded, and the trigger has to be pulled! Doesn’t she know, there are no evil people out there! The GUNS are evil!

(4) She hunts! She eats meat! (I don’t think I have to elaborate on those).

(5) She has FIVE CHILDREN! What? What woman has FIVE CHILDREN? Doesn’t she care about the earth’s dwindling resources? Doesn’t she care about being “Green?”

(6) She DIDNT GO TO AN IVY LEAGUE COLLEGE! Idaho? Where’s that???

(7) She doens’t live in New York or San Francisco. (Isn’t that a midemeanor)?

And with all that, the press is relentless, belittiling, attacking, disparaging, this “nutcase.” The most hilarious thing of all–I saw a story on the NY Daily News yesterday, that called her the “presumptive 2012 presidential candidate.” Isn’t “presumptive” for when there are just two candidates, you know after the primaries are almost done? “Presumptive” in 2009??? When she hasn’t even confirmed she’s running yet? When she might not even run for ANYTHING? Yep, they’re scared. Every day there’s a new story, just proves it. Case closed.
