Here’s an important point for all of us that agree, in principle, with what the “Tea Party” has been saying. Big Media and most discussions about the next elections keep talking about “Novermber.” well everyone here’s an important point, IN MANY STATES THE NEXT ELECTIONS ARE NOT IN NOVEMBER THERE ARE PRIMARIES COMING UP!
We can throw most of these buffons out even BEFORE November gets here….vote against the incumbents running in any primaries! This is VERY important. Whatever you political party, most people agree taht (a) the federal government is trying to grab too much power and (b) many people in Congress have been there TOO LONG. While most of the ink is about the President, and whether one thinks he’s a “socialist” or not, the problem is not so much the President as the CONGRESS. The President, whomever he may be, will never be with us for more than 8 years. There are people in CONGRESS that have been in office longer than some of us have been LIVING. This is the “change” we need to make. If you are so locked into your party, and just can’t bend, fine, vote in the primary against the incumbent. Come November, if there is still a Democrat majority, fine. At least Pelosi, Reid, Waxman, Rangel, Shcumer, Watson, Boxer, et all will be GONE.
And on the “Tea Party?” Sorry Big Media, White House, Dems in Congress…this time your demeaning, belittling, demonizing, will not work. Isn’t it funny that, when the “progressives” are in power, protesting is “patriotic” and “your duty.” But when, they are not the majority, then, protesting is “hateful” and “mean spriited” and “racsit” and “dangerous…we fear violence.” Sorry that’s not working anymore. Spin it however you want, on November 3, you are FIRED. It’s going to happen, you can’t stop it. live with it.
